With ten years of racing experience and five years of coaching experience, Gerardo prepares you to reach the next level. Gerardo brings 15 years of teaching experience with the latest research on multisport endurance training, Gerardo provides professional expertise, patience and personal attention to your athletic goals by giving you a structured training program and sound research-based advice that will make you a stronger athlete.

Gerardo's mission in life is to encourage and motivate people to live a full life of activity and goals, which strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. He started running in 2002 and after countless hours of running and cross-training in the pool and bike, triathlon was the next natural step. Gerardo has finished over 70 triathlons since 2004, including 16 Half-Ironman distance races and competed at Ironman Western Australia in 2005, Ironman Austria in 2008, Ironman Brazil in 2010 and Ironman Mont Tremblant in 2012. In 2007, he qualified for the Ironman World Championship 70.3.; Gerardo ran the Boston Marathon in 2010, 2011, and 2012. Gerardo has also run two 50k trail races and his first 50 mile run at North Face Endurance Challenge in San Francisco. This year Coach Gerardo will be racing at St. George 70.3, Boulder 70.3 and the inaugural Ironman Lake Tahoe in California.

Transcending his passion and love of teaching Gerardo is a perfect fit as a multisport coach and will help you achieve your goals related to fitness. From sprint triathlon to Ironman and from 5K to 100 mile Ultra runs, there is no limit and Gerardo is prepared to make you a stronger athlete.
