Fortius Coaching offers coached swim workouts structured to provide athletes with consistent training. To become better swimmers, triathletes need to swim at least 3 times per week and work on drills regularly and with precision. With our expert coaches on deck, you will see your swim technique improve. This is ideal for the beginner/intermediate swimmer who would prefer to be around other triathletes and want to work on their freestyle.
Tuesdays at 6:00-7:00 a.m. & 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Thursdays at 6:00-7:00 a.m. & 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Wednesday workouts will return in early February at 7:00-8:00 a.m. and 12:00 -1:00 p.m.

Coached Swim Workouts provide:
- Drills to improve your swim technique
- A progression of workouts to improve your speed and endurance
- A Coach on deck who gives feedback on form and technique
- A consistent group of swimmers to encourage and challenge you to become a better swimmer
- Morning workouts aimed at long distance swimmers and coach may be in the water with the group
- Evening workouts that are beginner-friendly with focus on technique and form.
