Fortius Coaching Group Swim Workouts
Tuesdays at 6:00-7:00 a.m. & 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Thursdays at 6:00-7:00 a.m. & 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays at 7:00-8:00 a.m. and 12:00-1:00 p.m. will return in early February.
The swim workouts are specifically tailored to the needs of triathletes. The workouts are comprised of:
Private and Group Sessions are available.
Bring swimsuit, goggles, a bottle of water/electrolyte drink, towel, short fins, training paddles and ankle band.
