Fortius Coaching is eager to help you achieve your endurance sports goals. We listen to your needs and craft a personalized training plan designed to see you cross the finish line stronger than ever. We use Training Peaks to stay connected on a daily basis and modify your program as needed. We use Strava, Garmin Connect, Best Bike Split, WKO+, and other resources to track and analyze your data and update your goals and objectives as the season progresses. We have many options for you and will work with your budget to give you the best possible training plan. Fortius athletes stay connected on our private Facebook page where we post all group activities, share our training progress and celebrate our successes.

Fortius Coaching will build a customized training plan to help you achieve your endurance goals; from sprint triathlons to full ironman distance races and from 5k running races to ultra marathon distance events. Contact us for details on customizing your plan to include group swim workouts, one-on-one sessions, etc. 





    Group Swim Workouts

    Monthly $125 • Drop In $20

    Team group swim workouts are offered at the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Pool in Sherman Oaks. The workouts are triathlon racing focused with drills to improve swim efficiency, speed work, pacing, open water technique and race strategy. Your swim membership includes group bike and run workouts. 

    Current Schedule:

    Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am-7:15am


    Private One on One Sessions

    60 MINUTES $85 • 90+ MINUTES $125

    Private one on one sessions to analyze running, cycling or swimming technique and form. Coach will provide feedback to help the athlete make necessary changes to improve efficiency in the desired sport. Video analysis will be used as necessary with suggested drills to improve. Consulting services are also available to help you analyze your training or set up your annual training plan. 


    Group Clinics

    Starting at $100 for series

    Group clinics are offered in swimming, cycling and running and will run between 6-8 weeks in a group setting. Clinics include: trail running, track workouts for speed, swim technique, cycling skills. One day excursions also available including SAG'ed rides to Santa Barbara or San Diego and previewing local races such as Santa Barbara Triathlon


    Training Camps

    Starting at $500

    Triathlon and individual sports camps will be offered 2-3 times per year at a destination that will allow the participants to immerse themselves in training, proper nutrition, rest and recovery and race specific strategies. Private camps for smaller groups or individuals also available.
